Shelby Horn

Shelby brings both criminal and civil trial experience to Meldon Law.

Originally from Dothan, Alabama, Shelby is a graduate of Sweet Briar College, a women’s college in Sweet Briar, Virginia. Shelby was a rider in Sweet Briar’s renown equestrian program, earned undergraduate degrees summa cum laude in History and Classics, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Shelby then graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.

Shelby lives with her husband, who is a veteran of the US Navy, their horses, and their Jack Russell Terrier. Shelby is an avid equestrian and a member of the Florida Thoroughbred Fillies Club, a club for women in the equine industry that supports Marion County charitable groups.
