 Work Experience

Out of law school, Ken began his career working as the Chief Operating Officer & In-House Counsel for a polyethylene bag company with a worldwide presence in over 60 different countries. Ken negotiated and drafted international distributor and indemnity agreements for The United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Hong Kong, and New Zealand. During this time, Ken worked alongside the research and development (“R&D”) for original equipment manufacturing (“OEM”) and marketing with companies that included: The North Face, Gore, Juniper Networks, Cochelar, and Dell; and negotiated the contracts with Wal-Mart making the polyethylene bags available on

 After his stint as COO and In-House Counsel, Ken pursued his passion as a litigator and trial lawyer while serving as a State Prosecutor in Florida’s 8th Judicial Circuit handling over 500+ cases.

In the private sector, Ken has advocated on both sides of the isle for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.  Most Recent Civil and Criminal Trials:

 Federal Products Liability – 6/30/17: Co-Counseled a products liability case against Home Depot and Tri-Cam after a Plaintiff was severely injury after our team proved there was a manufacturing defect. The Plaintiff was originally offered $350,000 and the jury rendered a verdict in Plaintiff’s favor with damages in excess of $4,700,000.   

Criminal Defense –  6/19/16: After the cross examination of 4 police officers and a State ballistic expert, a Judgement of Acquittal was entered after a two-day trial for my client charged with discharging a firearm in public in Broward County.


Duly admitted and qualified to practice as an Attorney in Federal Court in the United State District Court Southern District of Florida

Former Board Member of charitable organization, “The Preserve,” in Gainesville, FL.

Mentored underprivileged youths at Lake Forest Elementary.

Served as a Judge in the Teen Court Program.

Created and developed a real-time, social media application, “It’s On Me” rebranded as “Live Link” that was fully funded in October 2016.
