$250,000 Settlement: Car Crash (February 2023)

Our client was a passenger in a vehicle when another driver failed to yield the right of
way and collided into our client’s vehicle. The collision was severe enough to cause our
client to lose consciousness. Our client suffered life-altering injuries that resulted in
surgical intervention. The case ultimately settled for $250,000 which was the insurance
policy limit.
