As the Closing Specialist, Mandolin works to ensure the end result of a client’s case is smooth and memorable. As soon as a case settles, she is diligently working on obtaining all the details to begin the process of closing the client’s case. By working quickly and efficiently, Mandolin is able to achieve lasting and memorable bonds with clients as she prepares settlement documents, coordinate meetings, speak with medical providers for bill reductions, and many more closing duties. One of the best tasks in her job is getting to meet with the clients at the end and witness their happiness and relief at the conclusion of their case.
In her life outside the office, Mandolin likes nothing more than being home with her husband and her two dogs. She enjoys spending time learning new recipes, relaxing on the couch reading books, trying to convince her husband they need a third dog after browsing pet adoption websites, and planning fun adventures for the family.
