Know What to Do In Case of a Bicycle Accident

1. Call EMS. Make sure the bicycle victim receives immediate medical attention.

3. Don't talk with the other Party or their Insurance Company. These statements could be used against you later. Consult an attorney first.
4. Report the accident to your Insurance Company. Even though you were riding your bike, you may still be entitled to "PIP" insurance coverage or "uninsured motorist coverage."
